Joan Blacquiere

Joan Blacquiere was born and raised in Rustico into a farming family and is the youngest of 15 children.

She has been a Step Dancing Teacher for 30 years and has worked in Retail throughout her career and is presently employed by the Province of PEI.

Joan is active in the wider community and enjoys pickle ball, the Lions Club and her Church.

She is committed to volunteer and support the Watermark Theatre.
